Instructions:
1. You’ll need a fabric tape measure - or a piece of string and a ruler.
2. Wrap the fabric tape measure or string around your head.
3. The measuring tool should be level.
4. It should rest just above your eyebrows.
5. Do not wrap the measuring tool too tightly around your head.
6. If using a string, compare the length against a ruler.
7. Take the measurement from the fabric tape measure or string and compare it to the chart below to find your hat size.

Returns & Refund Policy

A lot of care and attention has gone into producing your hand-made item to ensure it is of the highest quality but if the product has arrived and isn't what it should be, just contact them within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference, so that we can issue your returns authorization. Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

All returns/ exchanges must arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty).
