Returns & Refund Policy
The customer service team is here to help if you're experiencing any problems with your order! A lot of care and attention has gone into producing your hand-made item to ensure it is of the highest quality but if the product has arrived and isn't what it should be, just contact them within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference, so that we can issue your returns authorization. Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Exchange an Item:
We can the difference can be made up with another product. Exchanges within the UK only are sent free with our standard delivery service.
All returns/ exchanges must arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty).
- After you've returned It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse and 1-2 working days for us to process it. We'll send you an email once your return has been processed. All refunds are subject to our original condition and fair use policies
- As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
