These premium Cowboy Hats are more than just a hat; they are a work of art. Despite its simplicity of design and relatively unchanged silhouette, a surprising amount of work goes into the crafting of each hat. It's a meticulous 15-step journey that a single hat must go through from raw material to finished product.
With a traditional western style, these cowboy hats will make you stand out from all of those other folks who try too hard. We customise our product by using premium Australian wool which means they’re light but still durable enough for any occasion or activity that might come along during an average day on horseback (or wherever).

Guide for Hat Size
Instructions:
1. You’ll need a fabric tape measure - or a piece of string and a ruler.
2. Wrap the fabric tape measure or string around your head.
3. The measuring tool should be level.
4. It should rest just above your eyebrows.
5. Do not wrap the measuring tool too tightly around your head.
6. If using a string, compare the length against a ruler.
7. Take the measurement from the fabric tape measure or string and compare it to the chart below to find your hat size.

Returns & Refund Policy
The customer service team is here to help if you're experiencing any problems with your order! A lot of care and attention has gone into producing your hand-made item to ensure it is of the highest quality but if the product has arrived and isn't what it should be, just contact them within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference, so that we can issue your returns authorization. Returns Policy:
Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Exchange an Item:
We can the difference can be made up with another product. Exchanges within the UK only are sent free with our standard delivery service.
All returns/ exchanges must arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty).
- After you've returned It can take up to 10 days for your order to reach the warehouse and 1-2 working days for us to process it. We'll send you an email once your return has been processed. All refunds are subject to our original condition and fair use policies
- As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-11 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email along with the tracking information.

For maintaining the cleanliness of your hat, we recommend using a lint roller to remove any dust or dirt. If you encounter stubborn stains, you can use a damp sponge or a specialized hat brush. If dealing with mud, it's advisable to let it dry first before attempting to clean it.
